This blog is a record of the making of Still Life with Banquet (SLwB) as I experienced, captured, and documented. Based on a specific project phase, it omits part of the staff.
SLwB by Grahame Weinbren and Katherine (Kitty) Greenwald was commissioned by Zero1, supported by Montalvo Arts Center, visually documented by barbara kalina. Image production phase collaborators include myself, Hanna Älvgren, Vivian Lee and Isaac Dimitrovsky. Other contributors; David LaFayette and Lucas Kalina.
The heat continues. An old elevator shaft provides cool relief just moments before inspection of the new studio. A few more changes and finishing touches. Perhaps half a Saturday afternoon and the new set up is about to take place.
